changed the option decimalsymbol to \sisetup{locale = DE}

Bugfix for error 'class scrbook error undefined old font command sc' with bibtex; deleted bibitem in mdt-sada.tex because it was missleading

 * Use option 'openany' to have a more compact documentation
 * Regenerated the fixed documentation:
	- this time with index)
	- \umgebung command corrected
	- \literaturverzeichnis (was mistakenly called \literatur)

1. debugged: additional options are now passed on to scrbook (especially important for switching to one-sided layout or different base font size)
2. changed: in MDT-Script the green logo is used for default (in future the 'print' option will switch it back to black&white, as for now the 'print' option can *NOT* be used)
3. documentation was corrected and enhanced
4. cleanup of class file source code

removed the usage of package "ae" since it deactivates most of the "T1" seetings of package "fontenc"
--> therefore PDF is now also searchable for Umlauts and hyphanation works as well

2. Added more spacing to the title (the old spacing looked ugly) by using the setspace package
3. corrected pdftex-hyperref warning for footnotes by disabling footnote links.
