Most of the basic stuff is working, some harder stuff like recursive
macro declarations or shell expansion isn't yet supported. Note that the
spec mode would benefit from a bash mode, as RPM spec files include
shell scripts.

Also, it should be faster now, cause it uses
single regexp instead of multiple stream.next() calls.

Also things like `a < b` don't trigger html mode anymore.

It was rendering way too often before.

Replaced "for" and "while" in indent tokens with "do".  This is not only simpler, but allows for correct indentation when "do ... end" blocks are used (these are valid; see the complete syntax of Lua: http://www.lua.org/manual/5.1/manual.html#8 ).
