Closes #3994

The old behavior sees the closing %} as a haml tag begin. The result
is that the rest of the file after the %} doesnt highlight correctly.

Dont go into quote mode when stream is '{%'.

Bumping them for every release just adds too much git
noise and history blowup.

All tests now check whether indentation from mode corresponds
to the indentation in the test source. test.indentation is
gone.
