This reverts commit bf49fcf5.

Fixed scrolling issues when editor is in a frame or iframe. Moving the input not only vertically but also horizontally close to the fake cursor fixes scolling issues(or focus issues, rather).

Sizing is done with the wrapper element, not the scroller.

This makes getStateAfter without an argument work as intended

These had been broken since the theme system overhaul.

The code was leaving off the last one or two lines when selecting
multiple lines and pressing tab.

So that we don't create extra garbage for each escape
