migrate_git.sh: simplify/fix dependency-checking

This commit simplifies the code for dependency-checking. Is there really the need to use firefox-bin-x11? On my Kubuntu-System, I do not habe this binary. Instead, using the normal firefox command works just fine for me. Please verify that to work on your machine, before merging this.
