freebsdlike: move aio_ and mq_ functions to #[link(name = "rt")] 

I just got 'libxul.so: Undefined symbol "mq_close"' when rebuilding Firefox..
How did no one catch this before??

This is correct for both FreeBSD and DragonFly:
