Simulation Mecahnistic Model
Package for simulating models of ODE systems where common discontinuities found in bio-processes are included in the simulation modes.
Installation
Requires conda.
- Clone repository
- Go into the repository
- Run
conda env create -f environment.yml
conda activate simenv
pip install -e .Or in Linux:
source install.sh
You will then be inside the virtual environment where the package can be used.
