Fix for alexandra and README.md update
The filename for ca.crt was hardcoded in one place in alexandra and has been fixed. README.md has been updated to use alexandra in all examples instead of calling fred directly.
We will perform a patch update today at 15:00 (Berlin time). No global downtime is expected.
