Update FKR GO

Jan Caspar Marx requested to merge jcm3/latex-pdf:main into main

See "Anlage 1 zur 1. FKR-Sitzung am 16.02.2022" in the invitation and "Beschluss FKR IV 1/1-16.02.2022" in the protocol.

Also update project URI.

This change also "removes" the "Umgezogen" watermark as it was not included in the TeX file, but that is hopefully not an issue anymore.
