Refactor variables and reorganize
Here I refactored position and renamed functions that are clearer.
In GitLab 17.0, runner registration tokens are disabled and support for certain configuration arguments was deprecated. Runner authentication tokens should be used instead. For more information, see Migrating to the new runner registration workflow.
