App ORM model now also contains the 'homeLink' attribute
refactored the Header logo to use a SectionLink with 'homeLink' as sectionId instead of a normal Link
refactored Breadcrumb to also use the 'homeLink' from the store for the 'home' section
adjusted Header and Breadcrumb tests

Closes #57 (closed)
