#11 improve and harmonize yaml schema

This MR addresses YAML schema improvement and harmonization. The attributes are consistent over question types and some validations were improved based on feedback from team members. The follow up issues are #24 and #39.

@viktor-rosenfeld could you please also give a review, I can only assign one reviewer in the tool.
