moses tool: extended info; exception - list index out of range

Hi,

I encountered an issue, concerning the retrieval of extended info (field of study, degree) using your moses tool. In case, the extended info concerning the field of study and degree is not set properly in Moses (e.g. ['Kein Studium vorhanden']) the list index is out of range. Maybe an exception handling can be implemented here.
