FR: Improve desinge team pages

• Refactor team tab into own file

• Remove /design/team/

  • Add display users to team tab
  • Add delete button to team tab
  • Default click action for team tab row is 'gameplay'
  • Add copy join link to team tab
  • expand team view to include optional members of teams

• Fix : Must click update after creating teams to be able to start the game.
