have an explicit data structure for cloze questions

Cloze questions require a special syntax which can be quite difficult to handle and which is not compatible to features like auto evaluation as shown in #64 (closed) . Therefore, we should have a data structure that allows the definition of cloze questions in the answers part of the yaml
